Design Your Own Panels

All Doughty Standard Box Faceplate drawings are available to our dealers, in DWG format from the Download Area. Embedded within each file are connector drawing blocks, and a layout grid to which these will ‘Snap’. To aid you with this process there is a short video, also in the download area.

• Robust and Rigid fully-welded 1.2mm steel construction
• Laser profiled 2mm front panels, for accurate panel alignment & minimal flex during panel operation
• Flush-fit Nutserts, for minimal ingress through panel join
• Continuous 15mm perimeter flange for increased box rigidity, and improved ingress prevention
• Powder coated for a durable long lasting finish
• Engraved or fitted with engraved labels
• Welded earth studs on panel and back box for power applications
• Steel segregation plates for mixed power and signal applications
• Countersunk connector fixing holes where applicable
• Countersunk face-plate fixing holes
• Available pre-terminated to din terminals for power applications
