Winch Stands

Doughty have developed a new generation of Strata and Zenith Winch Stands for the entertainment industry.
These stands have been re-developed to include refinements to add to
Doughty’s ongoing improvements to produce high quality products. These refinements being a unique self locking secondary safety system and an option of two different styles of base arrangement.
The turnbuckle arrangement is available which allows the stand to encounter slopes keeping the mast in a vertical position, two heavy duty castors are incorporated for manoeuvrability.
The second option is the roller base arrangement with four castors enabling the stand to be held in a vertical position even when not in operation.
These stands have also been manufactured using a four section mast, this has enabled us to achieve an extremely low loading height.
The Strata Mark 2 and Zenith Mark 3 winch stands have been designed and manufactured to conform with the industry standard, DIN 15560.
